Partner – Lawrence L. Lapham. Larry was the partner-in-charge of Peat Marwick & Mitchell's New York executive search practice.

Chief Operations Officer – Ann Marie Pizzariello. Ann Marie was a Vice President of Recruitment for global retained executive search firm CONEX for 15 years and has served as Chief Operations Officer with the Lapham Group since 2002.

Director of Research – Kathleen Mulcahy. Kate is a former member of consulting firms Peat Marwick and McKinsey. She has served as Director of Research with the Lapham Group since 1980.
